COURSE CONTENT:
Many agencies have transitioned from shotguns to the use of patrol rifles. This critical piece of equipment must be maintained to operate efficiently when needed in a critical incident. Officers issued a patrol rifle need a detailed overview of the weapon’s Operation & Function for proper care and cleaning.
The course also includes training on the fundamentals of marksmanship, site adjustment and a 25-meter qualification.

Operation and Function 2 – 20 round magazines
Marksmanship Fundamentals cleaning equipment
Care and cleaning sling
25-meter qualification ground cloth
ear and eye protection
Appropriate clothing for weather
200 rounds ammunition
