COURSE CONTENT:

Many agencies have transitioned from shotguns to the use of patrol rifles. This critical piece of equipment must be maintained to operate efficiently when needed in a critical incident. Officers issued a patrol rifle need a detailed overview of the weapon’s Operation & Function for proper care and cleaning.

The course also includes training on the fundamentals of marksmanship, site adjustment and a 25-meter qualification.
