COURSE HAS BEEN POSTPONED
This three-hour course will provide information to the participants on all aspects of the Illinois Sex Offender Registration Act (730 ILCS 150) and the Illinois Murderer & Violent Offender Against Youth Registration Act (730 ILCS 154). All registration requirements for offenders under both registries will be discussed at length. This course will also discuss all residency and loitering restrictions contained in 720 ILCS 5/11-9.3 and 9.4-1 that apply to all child sex offenders in Illinois.
