This 4-hour class is for police supervisors responsible for conducting compliance testing for alcohol & tobacco laws. This program includes sample police policy and procedures, case law, and national guidelines to ensure police compliance testing passes judicial review.

Specific recommendations are given to ensure community, media, and merchant support for your enforcement program. The multi-media presentation covers national policy and court rulings on proper sting operations.
