The Legislative Update for Law Enforcement Officers will consist of an analysis of all recent legislative enactments that deal directly with the Law Enforcement Community. This presentation will in particular review the new “fines and fees” and “Firearms Owner Restraining Act” laws, along with the JCA's provisions regarding the Expungement of Juvenile Law Enforcement records.
