Tools for Improving Morale, Accountability, and Performance
Bulletproof Leadership will give your team the tools needed to handle morale killers, performance zappers, and more. Attendees will receive practical strategies they can use every day to help turn compliance into commitment, and improve employee morale, accountability, and performance.
At the conclusion of the presentation, participants will be able to:
Build trust in those they supervise to help improve communications
Help create a positive work environment that can improve motivation
Identify the major causes of negativity and low morale
Respond appropriately to negative attitudes and behavior
Reduce gossip, rumors, sarcasm, and chronic complaining
Demonstrate general techniques for reducing negativity
Document and deal effectively with unacceptable behavior
Demonstrate general techniques for empathetic listening skills
Provide employee feedback to correct unacceptable behavior
