Who May Use The Online Learning Network?
Active Illinois certified law enforcement officers, correctional officers, and telecommunicators may register for an account with The Online Learning Network (OLN), a cost-free resource for online training.
How to Create an Account
Visit www.ptblearning.org and select ‘Request Student Account’. Complete all fields of the Account Request Form. All new accounts must have a unique email address. Duplicates are not allowed.
Account requests will be confirmed within 24 hours on business days (M-F). An email will arrive from olnsupport@cait.org with a User login and temporary password. If this message does not arrive in the inbox of the email listed for the account, please check the Junk/Spam folder.
Student Learning Portfolio and Course Certificate
Each user has their own unique Student Learning Portfolio that identifies their progress in coursework. A Certificate of Completion is available for download in the Student Portfolio.
