The simulator offers the opportunity for officers to react to scenarios using verbal commands and officer presence, OC spray, Taser, and firearms. This is a very interactive training environment. Officers are required to bring duty belts, but NO FIREARMS, AMMUNITION, OC or TASERS will be allowed in the classroom. There is a limit of 8 students per session.
The course takes place in the lower level of Sauk Valley College. Officers should park in the East Parking lot and Enter through the front facing Dillon lobby Entrance then wait for the instructor to escort them to the Simulator room.
