Women in Law Enforcement will be able to discuss & assess the importance of balancing the five parts of their human ecosystem, their tools for decision-making, how their personality type, stress stages, and their view of their five selves impact their daily well-being, their dimensions of anger and depression, physical wellness strategies, time-management skills, and the significance of writing your own life mission statement.


Learning Objectives:

1.   The five tenets of our intertwined human ecosystem: physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, & financial

2.   Personal methods of dealing with decision-making

3.   How their personality type impacts personal balance

4.   How stress stages impact balance

5.   How personal self-disclosure impacts their daily well-being

6.   The dimensions of anger:  how it impacts our balance

7.   Depression:  ways to cope

8.   Time management strategies for life organization

9.   Physical wellness strategies and tools
