COURSE CONTENT:

This Supervision & Command training is focused on addressing & achieving mission-driven bottom-line thinking, department objectives, & quality succession training at every level of the organization.

The 360 approach is about verifying assigned tasks are completed, quality reports are submitted in a timely manner, reflecting department standards.

• It examines if your leadership style is helping or hurting those goals. 
• It looks at how to extend work process & quality work product towards community trust & connectedness. 

• It also focuses on building & sustaining morale with the troops during these tough times. 
• It embodies “Management by Walking Around’ at every department level to stay aware, informed, & responsive.
