  1. PRACITCAL SCENARIO BASED TRAINING

  1. Group work where participants create scenarios of experiences or potential experiences where their situations have escalated or have the potential to escalate.
  2. Using the information learned in the course, participants create solutions to the scenarios.
  3. Participants role-play the scenarios for the class.
  4. Students discuss and evaluate scenarios.
