COURSE CONTENT:

The purpose of this course is to instruct current law enforcement officers on the set-up, function, operation, and maintenance of the Ti Training simulation system.  These systems represent the most advanced training devices available including video, laser, RF, and programming technology, to provide an intuitive and easy to maintain tool.  These tools are designed to aid in teaching public safety personnel to effectively perform their duties.

This course progresses from classroom discussion to hands-on, proficiency-based exercises.  Ti Training recognizes that even the most advanced technology is useless unless in the hands of someone who can effectively operate that technology.  This course is designed to ensure everyone attending the training attains the goals listed below.

Successful completion of this course will certify the student as a Master Instructor in simulation training and allow the student to certify “instructor” level students within their agency.

Goals:

  • Familiarization with system components
  • The system operator/instructor will be able to effectively set-up and operate the system
  • The system operator/instructor will have thorough knowledge of the system capabilities
  • The system operator/instructor will develop familiarization with simulation training
